Kitron is a TRON energy aggregation platform that helps users reduce transaction fees by renting energy from various providers. We aggregate energy rental services from multiple third-party providers.

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You agree not to use the service for any illegal activities
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

4. Service Availability

We strive to provide uninterrupted service but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Fees and Payments

• All fees are displayed before you confirm any transaction
• Platform fees are charged on top of provider costs
• Fees are non-refundable once a transaction is completed
• We reserve the right to modify our fee structure with notice

6. Limitation of Liability

Kitron shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service. We are not responsible for any losses resulting from blockchain network issues or third-party provider failures.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
